What is +Phonebook Cloud?
It’s a client application specialized for corporations that becomes even more convenient when used together with ageet’s call app AGEphone Cloud.
Contact data is stored in the cloud, so you can avoid the risk of information leakage caused by device loss or theft and use it safely.
You can also register personal contacts, as well as contacts that only the person themself can view, or groups in which contacts can be shared only within the group.

Unified Data Management
Both administrators and users can easily operate it.
Easily operate
With the cloud directory you can manage contact data in one place, making contact book management smooth. You can quickly execute additions of new contacts, updates to internal directory due to employee onboarding/resignation or position changes, and share them instantly.
Permission control is possible
Only administrator users hold editing rights for shared contacts. By registering as group contacts, only users belonging to the group can view them, allowing viewing permissions to be differentiated for each group.

It also supports data bulk upload using CSV files. By bulk registering multiple data via CSV import in the web management interface, you can greatly reduce time and effort.
Security Measures
Realizing strong security through cloud storage
Contact book data is stored in the cloud (on servers), so no viewable data of contacts or history remains on the device. Since there’s no need to maintain large-scale security equipment, it also leads to considerable cost reduction.
When used with the +Phonebook Cloud app, for enhanced security you can set a PIN code in the +Phonebook Cloud app. Once the PIN code is set, every time you open the +Phonebook Cloud app you will be required to enter it. If you make 5 incorrect entries of the PIN code, +Phonebook Cloud will be initialized, so even users who have concerns about handling customer information in the cloud can use it with confidence.

PIN code setting is possible
When launching the +Phonebook Cloud app, PIN code entry is required. It is also possible to change the interval at which the entry is required as an option.
PIN code update notification feature
If the same PIN code has been used for a certain period, you can optionally add a notification prompting the PIN code update.
Remote account suspension feature
Measures such as account deletion or password change are fully prepared in case trouble should occur.
App Integration
Improve business efficiency through integration with the AGEphone series
It works in coordination with ageet-brand call apps.
Integration is possible with AGEphone Cloud, AGEphone Business 3 and AGEphone Business 4. By using it together with ageet’s call apps, you can perform initiation operations more conveniently. Once you’ve logged into AGEphone Cloud or AGEphone Business 4, you won’t have to log in again when linking with the +Phonebook service, thereby saving time and enhancing security.
By enabling one-tap switching between apps, user operations are simplified.

Completely separate contact data and avoid mixing business and personal use
Since you can completely separate contact book data, it is also effective for promoting telework and BYOD.
You can group contacts in the directory such as contacts shared across the company, contacts shared only within a department, and contacts viewable only by an individual.
Because you are viewing contact data residing in the cloud, you can avoid mixing business and personal use. As long as you have an internet-accessible device and login details, you can use it both inside and outside the company, making it effective for promoting BYOD (use of personally-owned smartphones for business).
