It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Personal Data Related to Slack

What personal information do we collect and why?

We collect the following personal information from you:

- Your Slack access token. We use this information to authenticate you and access the Slack APIs on your behalf.
- Your Slack channel information, the channel ID of the channel you want to post messages to. We use this information to identify the destination of your messages and display it in the app.

How do we share your personal information?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties. We only share your personal information with Slack as necessary to provide the app functionality and comply with Slack's Privacy Policy and Slack App Developer Policy. We may also share your personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by law or to protect our rights or property.

How do we protect your personal information?

All the personal information that you provide to use our app with Slack, such as your access token and channel ID, are stored locally on your device or on your iCloud account. We do not have access to or control over your personal information. You are solely responsible for managing and protecting your personal information. 

How long do we keep your personal information?

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the app functionality and comply with our legal obligations.

 

What are your choices and rights regarding your personal information?

You have the following choices and rights regarding your personal information:
- You can delete your personal information from the app at any time via the app's settings or by uninstalling the app from your device.
- You can revoke the app's access to your Slack account at any time by going to [https://slack.com/apps/manage] and removing the app from your authorized apps list.

Personal Data Relating to Google

If you use Google to log in to +Timestamp Cloud then you authorize Google to share your personal information with us.  This information may include your email address, and any other information you agree to let Google share with us. (The specific personal information shared with us will depend on Google’s privacy practices, agreements we have them, and any choices that you may make in sharing your personal information.) Your email address will be used as a unique identifier for users registered on the same device. Additionally we request permission to read, write, edit, and delete data from a Google Spreadsheet, specified in the settings using the Spreadsheet id, by you. The Google Spreadsheet will be used to record clock-in and clock-out data generated by the +Timestamp iOS application. The personal information you share is stored locally on the device you run the application on, and any associated iCloud you give permission for the application to store data in. You can delete login data by logging out from the settings. Google Spreadsheet ids can be deleted from the application settings. We do not share your information with any other individuals, companies, or organizations.

+Timestamp’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
