Function button

Function buttons offer the following functions (from left to right): Setting, Address Book, Minimize and Exit.

 

Display Area

On the bottom of the display area, the current status is displayed by icons. When there is no icon displayed, phone calls cannot be received. The meaning of the icons is as follows:

STUN is active.
STUN has failed and is inactive.
UPnP is active.。
Registered(Attention: If registration is not successful, no icon will be displayed. In this case you will not be able to receive phone calls.)

 

Volume Controls

When you adjust the volume during incoming call, you may control the ringer volume and adjusting while you are off from call controls the sound on keypad

 

Key Setting

Speed Dial Function or functions for changing the service provider for outgoing calls can be assigned to these buttons. If you click on a button that has no function assigned, a screen to set up assignments will appear

 

Keypad Dial

Click these buttons to specify the number you would like to dial.

Connect

By clicking here, a phone call can be started. Prior to starting a phone call, enter the desired phone number either by clicking the dial buttons or via keyboard. Then click to confirm and start the phone call (Also, a phone call can be started by pushing the ENTER key).

 

Hang up

By clicking here, a phone call can be ended (Also, a phone call can be ended by pushing the ESC key).

 

Hold

It lets to put the call on hold. You may simply click again for unhold.

 

Transfer

Please click for transfer operation. You may precede transfer by clicking transfer during the call and enter the number by keypad or keyboards then click connect. Clicking on disconnect will complete the call transfer once after the call is connected with transfer destination. Moreover, transfer can be cancelled by simply clicking the transfer button again. 。

 

Call History

The call history can be confirmed by clicking left for outgoing calls and right for incoming calls (Also, call historyl can be confirmed by outgoing calls=F3/F4, incoming calls=F5/F6).

Menu

When you right-click onto the main screen, a menu will appear.

 

Help	It will open our homepage.
Connect	Starts a phone call.
Disconnect	Ends a phone call.
State	You can choose a ready status.
Address book	Opens an address book which enables you to start phone calls by clicking on a list
Answering machine	Displays an overview of currently recorded messages.
Key Settings	Allows you to assign speed dial functions to the ten extension buttons aligned on the main screen.
Always On Top	The main screen will always be displayed on top.
Enhanced Drawing	Preserves layered window attribute.
Shake	In the event of an incoming call, the main screen will shake and draw your attention.
Show Popup On Call	The popup will show when you have incoming call.
Access Outlook Contacts	Softphone will interact with Outlook and show the name on softphone if the number on address book has matched.
Input Serial Key	It opens window to input serial key.
About AGEphone	Displays information on the current version.
Exit	Exits AGEphone.
