Detailed Specifications
Mouse Dial function
Callpicker recognizes a phone numer when your mouse hovers over it then frames it with a box. Simply click on the number on the box and confirm the call when the confirmation dialogue box appears. You can freely toggle the application on or off with the Mouse Dial hotkey that you can set yourself, (just be wary to not choose a hot key already in use by another application).
One-Click Dial function
When running a program that doesn't support the mouse dial function, such as Excel or Word, highlite the phone number with your cursor, then press your One-Click Dial hotkey and confirm the call when the confirmation dialogue box appears. This hotkey can also be set yourself, (again being wary to not choose a hot key already in use by another application).
Pattern Settings
It is possible to change the pattern or format of the phone numbers that Callpicker recognizes. In the Options dialogue under Detail Settings you can enter in a new string of characters to modify the application's "callpicking" behavior. The string is written in a form called "Regular Expression " though, so these alterations are not recommended for just anybody. If you are interested in making any changes yourself, there are several explanations of how to write the pattern on the Internet. For more detailed information on Regular Expression you can find it here.
