ageet Corporation, one of the pioneer companies in the mobile VoIP-softphone market and producer of the well received AGEphone Mobile 2, today announced the upgraded version release of AGEphone Mobile 2.5, which offers support for the internal loudspeaker of some of the most popular Windows Mobile devices, such as the HTC Trinity, Hermes, Elf (Touch) and Kaiser (AT&T Tilt), with support for more devices scheduled to come. Finally users can enjoy a VoIP supported conversation through the same speaker that mobile phones use. Until today all internet telephony usually had to go through the external speaker which caused some bad echo effects and allowed calls to be easily eavesdropped on.

The voice of the consumers was at last heard and heeded to. "In the past we got many inquiries from customers who were asking why it wasn't possible to just use the internal speaker for their calls. Because we couldn't find it in any of our competitors' products we decided to start working on our own function to reroute the call to the internal speaker." says Masato Okazaki, chief programmer and CEO of ageet Corporation.
