About AGEphone for Android
AGEphone brings internet calling functionality without compromises to your Android smartphone or tablet. Powered by one the most advanced SIP engines available, the softphone reliably delivers high quality calls both over WiFi and 3G networks.
Just add your provider data to the uncomplicated settings menu and all the advantages of modern IP telephony are but a tap away. No matter where you are, AGEphone places your incoming numbers and extensions right in your pocket! Imagine being available under one number at any time while being able to call anyone around the world for extremely low rates!
But that is not all. AGEphone has taken many cues from the feedback we received for our Windows Mobile version. The application greets users with an enhanced interface and an even more streamlined setup process that makes configuring the softphone easier than ever. And as always, if you have ideas and suggestions, we would love to hear from you!
Please note that this release is still a beta version and may contain minor bugs. While there is currently no way to disable the ads, we will provide an option to remove them and add extras such as call transfer later on. Meanwhile, please send us your bug reports and feature suggestions!
