End User License Agreement for ageet Corporation Software Important, please read carefully:

This agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and ageet Corporation This agreement applies to ageet Corporation's software products, including the computer software, the manual, and other related materials.

ACCEPTANCE: By clicking on the "Yes" button or by using ageet Corporation's Software which you have selected ("Software") after viewing this license, you are agreeing to the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not accept the following terms, click on "No" and the installation of the Software will be aborted. This is an Agreement between you, either individually or as a representative of your company or institution and ageet Corporation (the "Company"). This Agreement goes into full effect when you click on the "Yes" button. The federal law of the United States applies to this agreement. 1. Software product license You may install, use and run or otherwise interact with this software (AGEphone), for a single computer. The primary user is not allowed to transfer or lend the software to the others. 2. Other rights and limitations Duplication of the software The user is allowed to duplicate the software on a storage device only to maintain a back-up system. Making a copy of this software for any other reason will not be allowed. Start date of the software license This license is effective from the day you accept this agreement with ageet Corporation. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ageet Corporation or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software product or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if ageet Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Reservation of rights All rights, including the software itself, other duplication rights and all intellectual property rights are owned by ageet Corporation Cancellation of the agreement In the event that a user violates any terms and conditions of this agreement, this agreement will automatically be canceled. Export limitations None of the Software or underlying information or technology may be displayed, downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iran, Libya, Yugoslavia, North Korea, Iraq, Syria or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you are agreeing to the foregoing and you are representing and warranting that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. IF YOU DO ANY OF THE FOREGOING, YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS LICENSE WILL AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE.
